Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods or cancel an order placed on are protected under the The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods for a full refund, including the cost of delivery, within 14 days of receiving your order.

To do so, please contact us by email or telephone and quote the order number. Your refund will be paid within 14 days of us receiving the goods back.

Any goods returned should be in saleable, unused and as-new condition, or in the same condition as originally described in the case of pre-owned goods. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage associated with carriage when returning goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault - for example, if the goods are faulty, misdescribed, or if the incorrect item has been dispatched.

In the case of a picking error, we kindly ask you to return the goods to us for an exchange to take place. We will reimburse you for any carriage costs incurred, up to a reasonable amount, upon production of a receipt or invoice. Upon request, we will also credit you your original postage charge.

We reserve the right to change our terms and conditions at any time.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

Purchases made in our retail premises carry different terms.
